The staff provided really good service from arrival. We received welcome drinks and a smooth check-in. Alaa in the main restaurant ensured prompt drink service and always prepared a high chair for our child. Nada from Guest Relations surprised our son with room and restaurant decorations plus a special birthday cake.

The resort features a beautiful design with several pools, elegant buildings, and à la carte restaurants. Landscaping is amazing, and it all is set along the Red Sea's shoreline. Guests mostly frequented the pristine pools.

The housekeeping service maintained our room super clean and well-stocked. Returning to a super clean and cozy space daily was a highlight. The room was equipped with modern amenities and offered ample space for relaxation.

the rooms are spacious and modern. the food at all the restaurants was of excellent quality. all staff members are professional, friendly, responsive, and customer-service oriented!
i had little to no sleep due to a banging noise. the room cleaner constantly let himself into the room though the do not disturb notice was on the door. i also developed a very upset stomach after eating exclusively in the hotel.

I enjoyed the multiple restaurants. They all offered distinct cuisines and atmospheres. the gardens were well kept. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The buffet could have offered more variety from day to day. It became a bit repetitive after a few days. towels in our room had been rolled back up and but on the shelf

the resort is big. i enjoyed three pools and multiple restaurants. the entertainment team was friendly. saad greeted everyone with a smile. food varieties had high quality. ms. enas returned my sunglasses i forgot at the airport.
the cleaner entered my room despite the do not disturb sign. he would call to ask me to come to the door, disruptive. i value my privacy and expect the do not disturb request to be respected without exception
